At Danwa Studio, we want you to feel confident when receiving your premium fabric order. Please read our parcel-opening guidelines before accepting your delivery.

01. Check Your Parcel

Please check the parcel packaging and order details when your delivery arrives. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, inform the courier and contact Danwa Studio.

02. Open Parcel Facility

Opening a parcel in front of the courier is subject to the open-parcel service being available for your shipment and permitted by the courier. Please confirm availability before placing your order.

03. Verify Your Order

  • Check the product and fabric received.
  • Compare the parcel with your order details.
  • Report any missing, incorrect or damaged item to our customer support promptly.

04. Important Information

Open-parcel availability, payment requirements and inspection conditions may vary by courier and delivery location. Opening a parcel does not automatically mean that a return or refund is approved. Please refer to our applicable return and refund policy.
