At Danwa Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver premium-quality fabrics and clothing with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If anything does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.


Easy Returns & Replacement

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

✔ Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement.

✔ Damaged or Defective Item

If your product arrives damaged, torn, or defective, we will replace it without any additional charges.

✔ Incomplete Order Received

If any item is missing from your parcel, contact us immediately for verification and quick resolution.


Conditions for Return / Replacement

To ensure a smooth process, please make sure:

  • The item is returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unstitched, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Provide order number, contact details, and clear photos of the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.).

Note: Stitched articles are not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
    Send us your order details and images/videos of the issue.

  2. Our team will verify the request
    Verification usually takes 24–48 hours.

  3. Send back the product (if required)
    You will receive the return address and instructions.

  4. Replacement or Refund Processing
    After we receive and inspect the item, we will:

    • Dispatch a replacement, or

    • Issue a refund as per your preference.


Who Pays the Return Shipping Charges?

  • If we sent the wrong or damaged itemDanwa Studio covers return & replacement shipping.

  • If you want to return due to change of mindCustomer must pay return shipping.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only:

  • When the correct replacement is out of stock

  • Upon approved return and inspection

  • Refund mode will be:

    • Bank Transfer

    • Easypaisa / JazzCash

    • Store Credit (if customer prefers)

Refund processing time: 3–5 working days after confirmation.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Stitched suits

  • Customized orders

  • Sale items

  • Accessories

  • Products damaged due to customer use


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can follow the return process after delivery.
